Job Summary

Direct Edge is seeking a strong, strategic General Manager for our Pressroom. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the print production industry and would be responsible in the development and management of pressroom team members. The General Manager should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and have strong communication skills with a passion in building strong employee relations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish procedures and policies to maintain high standards of print operations
  • Develop print operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements
  • Manage printing processes including planning, scheduling, finishing and billing
  • Enforce safety procedures including maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Employee Training

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is recommended
